The 2nd Food Design and Innovation Festival: Future Food Designers Took the Stage!
We successfully concluded the 2nd Food Design and Innovation Festival, held with great excitement on Monday, June 1st, at the METU Culture and Convention Center!
The true stars of our festival were our senior (4th-year) students, who showcased the culmination of their creative processes from their Food and Plant Design (FPD) courses. Our students proudly exhibited the innovative concepts and visionary food products they developed throughout the semester.
Esteemed brands and industry representatives present at the event had the opportunity to closely examine these innovative designs and provide direct feedback to our students. We created a highly productive environment for interaction, where our young talents met with industry professionals to discuss product ideas and explore internship and career opportunities.
We would like to extend our gratitude to all our prospective graduates who impressed everyone with their designs, the participating brands who supported them with valuable insights, and everyone who attended this inspiring day. We are immensely proud of the young minds designing the future of food!
