The graduate program aims to provide more depth and breadth to the undergraduate background of the students both through theoretical and applied studies in food engineering and processing, food safety and security, food biotechnology, food microbiology, and food chemistry. Graduate studies in Food Engineering are intended to provide opportunities to qualified food engineers for further education and research to meet the demands of food industry.
